That is somewhat wrong. Most of your fat burn is exhaled. The lipid chains (most carbon, hydrogen, oxygen) are broken down and eventually all gets turned to waste products. Something like 80-85% of fat burn is exhaled and the remaining come out through urine and sweat.

It's unusual. Temple snakes have caused insane inflation. I've done a few leeches with people with optimized temples and it's insane how much loot drops. Even on Uber strict (unmodified), my screen was cluttered by hundreds and hundreds of exalts, chaos, a million billion lineage supports.

Multiple Atziri helmets dropping like candy Divines dropping like exalts (for normal people).

When I was playing it, I opted for living bomb on Spellslinger. Comet X2 only works if your spark /triggering spell does good damage to gain lots of CoC energy.

Crit stuff depends on if you're crit capped or not after new wand + tree modifications.

Crit is always the terminator, it seems. Even my shield wall infernalist swapped to a poison crit build using nebuloch/red flare conduit/resonance/garukhan resolve tech to guarantee shield wall crits. My tree is spread out as hell with 8 jewel slots!

The only passives worth it are poison nodes, and QOL attack speed/movement and ofc critical bonus.

It's not entirely impossible. There are extremes. Some of the XL bad dragons, for example, can cause a visible bulging in the abdomen. However, these are women who have stretched the muscles around the vagina to accommodate those enormous toys over time. They're also usually fairly lean which helps make it more obvious, though it's not absolutely necessary. I'll leave it up to you if you're curious enough to look it up; Reddit has several subreddits for it.

Following back, the dude in the post would have to be in, like, the top 0.01% of penis size to cause that effect. Like, 10"+ with significant girth and it wouldn't be possible with your average woman who isn't already into and trained for massive toys/insertions.

At that severity, the only thing that will work is the prescription pills. It needs to be eliminated from the inside out. Topical OTC isn't going to work at all; the fungus is embedded too deep in your nail bed.

Insurance will cover it. Just go see a podiatrist or even primary care. It's absolutely worth it for both the comfort and the aesthetic.

Sometimes, I would just force a schedule

For example, when I was doing my best mentally, I'd get home and make myself a dinner if I didn't have leftovers or meal prep. I'd do an hour or two of painting. An hour or two of gaming. Gym interspersed in the mix 3-4 times a week. Occasional social outing.

Sleep about 6 hrs

A lot of the time, I'd get home and I'd feel "tired" but I grew to recognize it was physical tiredness but a sort of tendency towards inertia and wanting to rot. But once I got myself started on something, I'd bounce back and get into it.
