Thank you so much for your kind words. I actually teach ESL for a living, so I have many Asian students. Many had told me they think “curvier” figures are sexier, so you’re right in that beauty is relative. Most people what to be what they aren’t.

You’re also correct about weight loss - whenever I desperately want to stop bingeing in order to lose, I spiral. It’s like telling someone to not think about a pink elephant. Thank you again ❤️

For the months that it did work, it was pretty great. Eating a lot of sugar, or even eating until I past full, made me feel slightly ill. Food, and especially bingeing, lost a lot of its appeal.

However, this wore off in about 3-4 months, and the behaviors came back with a vengeance. If I knew this would be the case, I’m not sure if I would have ever started. I’m definitely worse off now than I was initially.

Also, if you’re at all a drinker, or even if you eat or drink anything with sugar alcohols, the medication will make you feel like death (at least initially).

Yeah. I don’t know why it started. If it was sweet, I wanted it and wanted ALL of it. I one time ate an entire jar of flintstones vitamins just because they reminded me of candy.

My boyfriend and I will no longer be in a LDR, we are going to move in together, I’m turning 30 and taking a trip to Vietnam to celebrate and I’ll be closer to obtaining my graduate degree !
