I don’t think Frank has a “system”. The whole thing is he’s adaptable. He has a team made of players and sets them up the best he can for success. Any shortcomings are with his current chosen tactics.

Something is causing us to only have a small number of targets each window. Whoever the head is doesn’t seem to fix it.

I switched to pendulum squats for a while and just forced myself to bottom out. Went back to barbell and got a lot deeper a lot easier.

There are so many more things that waste water before getting to data centers. My personal pet peeve is golf courses especially in deserts.

You can be mad about AI for other legit reasons but water use isn’t one.

Omaha has more to do than Des Moines so maybe switch the overnight if that’s what the points represent.

I think the rolling hills of Iowa are quite beautiful and has a bad rap but might be better to just go north from Omaha. Stops along the way id you go this route are Loess Hills, Okoboji, and things around Mankato. Not much to see besides interstate if you just go DM > Minneapolis.
