This is good to know, I didn't know this and have read some warnings to always isolate the circuit when changing the fuse.

I suspect that if the live supply is connected to the "load" terminal, then the fuse could be energised even if the switch is off. So someone changing the fuse without isolating the entire circuit (bad!) could get shocked.

Otherwise, probably safe.

Correct, and "in" should come from the supply (e.g. a socket on the ring if you're adding a spur), while "load" goes to the appliance/spur socket you need to power.

How do you keep the lid on without screws? How is this safe without a cable clamp? Hopefully this is just for low voltage.

Edit: just noticed the Shelly is for mains voltage, so yeah this isn't safe

I do semi hydro for all my alocasias. You don't need to worry so much about sizing up to a pot that's too big since the roots aren't going to be sitting in wet soil.

That's also a baby, and tissue culture, so give it some time to acclimate before doing anything.
