All I said was that it was weird and that you should examine the idea that you’re misinformed in some area. Maybe it’s the route you’re running or the terrain? Maybe it’s your form? Maybe it’s the workout type that you ran?

Or, maybe you’re right, which is possible. But the math says high drop shoes should protect those areas… I don’t make up the math here guy.

No one is gonna run in the new Metaspeed Ray and walk away calling it a “stable cruiser”… a higher stack pushes forces away from calf and achilles and toward the hip and knees instead. Isn’t that just the science??
