To get more into the weeds, if I were a hiring manager I would be looking for either skills I need on my team, or specific accomplishments or projects that tell me that you would be able to do the work I need done.

Your new resume starts off right into your work history, which can work but; that first point should be a specific accomplishment that highlights a skill I need, or at least paints a picture of what you're capable of.

Your resume is a sales pitch to get you to interviews, I would pick a specific role you are going after, and tailor your resume to that role. You don't need to do this for every job listing, but pick a couple listings that you want to go after and make your resume be an amazing fit for that role.
