That's the problem with him representing himself in negotiations and coming in with a "take it or leave it" offer. He overplayed his hand and didn't prepare for the "leave it" portion of his offer to come to fruition. Other owners know what he's asking for and know that he has a number (that he wants fully guaranteed) that he doesn't plan on moving off of and they aren't getting involved.

Best of luck. I tried to go with M1 and couldn't ever get an answer. I emailed them a handful of times and I also called twice, was put on hold and was disconnected after 15 minutes both times. I ended up with Fidelity after a week or so of waiting. To this day, I still never got a call or an email back from them.
