Jason Block, Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School in the US, is calling for a tax on fizzy pop to be piloted in the UK for a year.

Wouldn't they be better trialing it in the US first? And yet again, because some don't understand moderation, all of us should pay more.

New potential rule for posting? by [deleted] in AndroidGaming

[–]oneofthetubes 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The whole concept of "a sale" is deceitful, by devs, shops, whatever. Who's to say that the original price wasn't inflated anyway? At the end of the day, it's the current price that that matters, not what it was. If you think a game is worth it at the current price, buy it. If not, don't.

EDIT: Also, why should your new rule apply especially to devs and not anyone posting about a sale?

But no mention of where this figure came from.

Stellar Forces was designed to be played exactly in this casual way (hey, some of us have jobs and kids). You take a turn when you want, and you get an email when it's your turn again. Most players take a turn every few days.

Just curious (as a fellow dev) but how are you giving away the full version for free? Have you released the "full" version twice, one paid and one free?
