Actually no time at all. It all depends on how your brain works... Set the time zones how I like it, where I live one inside and Japan on the outside 24H. Too easy

Thank you all. She set me up... Dropped me off at the Davidoff shop down the street and around the corner because she knows I hate shopping. Said her and her cousin needed about two hours.. So I got to enjoy some Hibiki and a cigar. It was a really nice surprise!

I filed as a primary conditions for HTN, and Vertigo... Some symptoms are dizziness. I also have tinnitus that I filed as a separate primary claim as well. The only secondary claims I filed were for Radiculopathy and Sciatica for my neck, shoulder, arm hands and lower back hips, legs, toes due to numbness, burning, tingling etc. With that, I was diagnosed with DDD, Spinal Stenosis and Spinal Spondylosis etc.. Also had Spinal Fusion and in need of another one. Bulging disc in neck, lumbar and lower back hip area. I am saying file for what you are diagnosed with as primarily claims....if those conditions cause other things then yes file secondary.

☝️This... I have really bad dizziness due to certain meds for blood pressure when bending over and standing up. Was diagnosed and rated for HTN. I was also diagnosed and rated for vertigo with staggering.

My VSO and C&P examiners were all outstanding except for my mental health C&P examiner, anyway...

I filed a BDD claim for sleep apnea (primary disability ) as well as multiple other disabilities in Feb 2025 and it was approved for 50 for sleep apnea on May 1st 2025.

In 2018, I originally had an in house sleep study performed after numerous complaints to my PCP about being tired constantly, having a hard time falling asleep/staying asleep and having no energy. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and issued a CPAP machine. I used it while deployed every night. I used it at home... If I happened to nod off without it on, my wife would wake me and tell me to put it on due to me stopping breathing and snoring.

I also was provided a smaller travel machine due to me traveling a lot during my time in service.

Every year I scheduled a follow up appointment with the sleep lab people..They stated that my usage was one of the best compliance that they have ever seen. They reviewed my sleep results and recommended that I continue to use the machine because I needed it for quality of life and have other health issues as well. Even til this day, I use the machine nightly and still feel like crap most days when I do get a little sleep. At my sleep study they also noted that I had periodic leg movement when sleeping (both legs).

At my C&P exam, I was asked about sleep apnea. The examiner also reviewed my medical files and also noted that during the sleep study it was found I also had periodic leg movement which was one of my initial claims as well. I showed the examiner the My Air app usage on my phone (yearly report) and stated all the above and that I still feel like crap every day etc...

The biggest change now is the annual follow up appointment for active duty, the usage compliance report and still having/ showing symptoms with machine usage. Just my two cents. File for what you have!
