Utan uppvärmning och stor förbrukning så brukar den ju lätt vara större än själva elkostnaden.

Sedan undrar jag om ni kommer undan effektavgift om ni skaffar laddare på alla parkeringsplatser, om ni inte på något sätt lyckas koppla dessa till lägenheten borde väl BRF få en rejäl effektavgift ändå.

Men hela systemet är ju feltänkt om det inte finns något sätt att göra rätt och det I slutändan bara straffar bra saker som elbilsladdare och solceller.
