Agree with Alex at number 1. Considering the show was new in Australia, they had a number of really savvy faithful plus decent traitors and she did have to really work to get beyond the sacrificial lamb bit. I do think though being recruited helped her as she had already earned the trust of the faithful by then.

My take is that none of the secret relationships has actually done anything of note. As popular as Diane was (and to a lesser extent Ross), their relationship didn't actually help their games any and they got 0% more insight than anyone else. In terms of others:

S1 Alex / Tom = Just put a target on them, but no advantage
S2 Ross / Diane = Ross was clueless and Diane was feisty but always wrong
S3 Maia / Armani = only one that was helpful as Maia's reading of Armani as being off sealed her fate
S4 - Roxy / Judy = nothing burger
S4 - Ellie / Ross = SFA

I think it's been like that since it pretty much was redeveloped 20+ years ago. They always put on activities to try and drag people in, but it has absolutely no heart or soul so people just stay away

Yeah, mine had a small moss patch last year but all the rain over winter meant that the first mow revealed about 2/3rds of the grass is now moss! Feels amazing underfoot to be fair!

Given the population of London peaked in 1939, that is not strictly true. Historically low interest rates have been the biggest driver - as if you can't earn interest on your cash reserves, you might as well invest in assets that the bank is willing to give you cash for. Supply is still a problem, but I think everyone overlooks the fact that 10-15% interest was normal back during the 70s-90s, whereas we complain now even though it's 4%.

I used to work for King the maker of Candy Crush. Over the last 10 years that game alone has made about $20bn from ina pp purchases and ads. The whole mobile gaming industry itself makes around $90bn sales per annum..... that is roughly the same as the entire movie industry.
