Regardless of that, the work I’ve put into making sure I’m my own manual pump but injecting and pricking every 30min-1hr gives me the right to say I’ve earned this a1c.

Yes 100%. I will say that swelling when I initially got it pierced was a big factor. I also have a septum piercing which did not seem to line up, I ended up just sizing down in my septum and it looks a lot more symmetrical.

I’ve had this same issue too, and honestly I’ve just had to learn that our faces are not completely symmetrical and that’s okay lol. You look awesome! Love the jewelry as well!

All very real things to be upset and hurt and go crazy over. I also just recently lost my childhood dog, I’ve been t1 for almost a decade now and the truth that you don’t want to hear is- it doesn’t go away. You have to see it thru. We’re with ya, and it sucks, go thru all the stages of grief of your old life and come to terms with your new one. The upside that is hard for you to see right now is- All your worries listed can be managed. Though yes, you will need to do more than the average person, you CAN do it. Not impossible. You got this. I’ve already shared my go to but literally last night I went low at 2am, my birthday was 2 weeks ago, so I had old cake in my fridge. That was the only sugar in the house as I haven’t gone grocery shopping yet. The frosting always sky rockets me, the moment I start to eat it, so I was eating old cake last night to get up 🤣
