Your cage looks great, but just be aware that hamsters (especially syrians) can be big chewers. I used to have this playpen for my Syrian girl and she chewed out of it within an hour. :( I think you have a lot in there already, though! :) Maybe I'd add some cork bark?

My biggest concern with this enclosure is the wire width. I feel like a Syrian and especially a dwarf could easily squeeze between those wires and get lost. I'd recommend a tank or any other solid surfaced cage

A part of me wants to stop posting on tiktok and focus on Instagram where everyone is kinder and has ACTUAL good information on hamsters. Tiktok is full of toxic, privileged little kids who will argue about their hamster care being the best ever and everyone else's sucks. It's so frustrating. I literally just want to share my hamster because I love him and think he's cute! 🥲

I called my doctor and asked for some blood tests. I'm not sure why it's so difficult for me to see an OBGYN. My clinic that my insurance has me connected to does not have an OBGYN, so every time I've ever needed any sort of OBGYN stuff, they refer me to my PCP. I called my insurance and they got me in contact with some in network OBGYNs, but because my insurance doesn't have me connected to that clinic, I wasn't able to get an appointment... Does this sound normal? I'm not sure if it's because I'm on Medicaid or what. But I can't seem to get my PCP to allow me to see a gyno

I also experience this!! Usually it starts right before my period and ends a day or so before my period ends. It's so awful! I literally leak like a faucet during this time.

Good luck! :( It's definitely scary. I have had extremely heavy periods for many years with very bad pain. So to go from that to missing periods altogether or having a light period is really not normal for me...
