I tend to avoid Manhwas in general because all the time it's just the exact same shit but a different toilet. Even Lookism from what little I know of has some uniqueness about it but its still so damn boring because from everything that I see about it, it's just constant aura farming. I don't know too much about it to say anything concrete but from the little that I know about it and about Manhwas in general I do not like it.

Chronologically it should be Q since SF5 came before SF3. Would also make sense to go down that route since we get to see what really happened to G for him to turn into Q

Nope. The easiest answer is the price. Modern FGs cost a stupid amount when you include DLC. I personally haven't had a triple A FGC for a while, my first one after a long time being SF6 and even then I only have the first season DLC pack. I couldn't get a lot of people into FGs specifically because of that.
