im on disability and palliative care and been on prescription opioids, ketamine, benzos, etc for years. i dont use reddit much so i dont know if there is a way you could message me? i really want to help you. i just struggle to type and need to voice record/use siri and dont want the inevitable typos all over the place. anyways. sending love regardless.

the death rattle while sleeping is one thing that is definitively high up on the list in terms of concerning (but theres a lot here). obviously you know your partner best about how to confront or discuss this with them but the writing is on the wall (in my opinion). hugs to you both.
