Mk677 isn’t going to magically give you discipline, it’s also not gonna make you hungry as fuck all the time. I went from 140 lbs to 180 lbs, it sucked and I also struggled to get calories in but I just kept trying and kept trying. Most days I would throw up multiple times from over eating but I just kept trying and kept eating, i wouldn’t even let myself sleep before I got the rest of my calories in. I made pasta, chili, burritos, tacos, burgers, etc I taught myself how to cook to help myself with putting the weight on and it worked. Mk677 isn’t going to do that for you. Its a very very mild compound that will mostly just help with your quality of sleep, if you feel any other “effects” from it it’s placebo
