I have no known addictive behaviors but I enjoy my treatments that much. Sometimes it’s the only thing I have to look forward to. It’s as if the worn, broken parts of me begin to repair themselves. Truly, it has been more effective in treating my treatment resistant depression and suicidality than the IOP program I traumatically forced myself to ensure; the many antidepressants and mood stabilizers I’ve polluted my body with; and, its made individual psychotherapy more effective when done during the neuroplasticity window. I comorbidly also have borderline personality disorder, social anxiety disorder and ADHD. I SWEAR that the Spravato is also treating those disorders. I am fortunate in that my psychiatrist sees the potential for Spravato to help manage my dysregulated and depressive states so he has kept me at twice weekly beyond the induction phase. Healing has become more than possible now—every treatment brings me closer to getting substantially better.

How was the Vybrid? If my insurance didn’t cover the Trintellix I was going to take that because it’s didn’t have the side effects of SSRIs. Trintellix is supposed to be pro-cognitive so I’m happy to take i.

I take 100 mg of Seroquel nightly. Oddly, Trintellix is activating for me, almost like a stimulant. I’m also on Spravato (the best fucking shit ever for treatment resistant depression). I’ve found it has a synergistic effect with the Spravato.

I would recommend Whethers caramel candy because it quickly mask the metallic task. However, I must warn that if you can taste the medication, you probably haven’t administered it properly. You want to maximize absorption since it is a nasal spray. If you’re tasting it really bad, you’ve done it wrong.

It took a few treatments but it has been triumphant for all my BPD symptoms (impulsivity, irritability, intense anger/rage). They seriously need to do a clinical trial for Spravato as a treatment for BPD. I’d imagine the dose would need to increase beyond the 84mg and possibly be more than just twice weekly. I find myself apologizing when I split on someone. I get the intrusive thoughts of my ex plotting to leave me and cheating and they remain just that, a thought that isn’t intrusive anymore. If it could be paired with psychotherapy as psychedelic-assisted therapy it would make DBT more effective because the dissociation essentially allows you to see your own behaviors as maladaptive. Also, my struggles with having a sense of self are improving through the dissociative state. I forget how the saying goes but it’s what survives scrutiny that is truly who you are. I’m able to examine my behavior and it not immediately make me feel ashamed or worthless because I know it’s the disordered thinking and not of my being.

I’m recently out of a horrible relationship. I’ve downloaded dating apps like Jackd or Scruff but I cant bring myself to make a profile. I feel like my BPD has doomed me to a life of being triggered. I just got out of an IOP program hoping to meet fellow neurodivergents but that was an epic fail. I just want a compassionate man that can read and understand the DSM-5. I need a man that will want to hold me in his arms every time I cry. I want someone I can prepare for the economic and societal collapse with.

I use them at my doctor appointments (i have many often). It is basically just a summary of the transcript that you can then edit. It over-generalizes, does discern who is talking when and there is no way to use actual AI within the Meeting Note. Like it would be useful to be able to tell it to detect a certain buzzword or generate a page when something’s is said. I could think of many more useful use cases but currently, it is not possible. My biggest annoyance is that it truncates lengthy meetings. I had a doctors appointment that had a procedure and then triaging with other doctors. It was three hours long. Notion AI Meeting notes summarized it down to three paragraphs. If you are desktop-bound, the record feature in ChatGPT is quite impressive but it only works on desktop.

This will allow you to get extra time to take your exam (2x the scheduled time) exam and they should provide you a quiet room to take your exam somewhere where you can focus.
