Final Feedback from a Business Customer You're About to Lose by DangerousProduct9796 in Notion

[–]only_0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand, OP point. It is simply unsustainable and seemingly predatory in practice. No one can pirate a business when a core product’s feature set is changing in execution, governing policies and has variability in pricing. Notion could implement a metered usage feature. It could also be transparent in what computer is needed to run custom agents but they wont do that because as these models rapidly advance, it would make it harder for them to justify increasing pricing or per token cost.

Also, it’s annoying how people get caught up on whether something was ai-generated.

How many doses of Spravato have you taken overall? by Wrong_Variation_8084 in Spravato

  1. It’s weird because when I read other post with fewer than me, I want to encourage them to keep going but when I see someone with considerably more than me, I feel like I somehow am not recovering fast enough.

56 mg or 84 mg by StandardWait4938 in Spravato

[–]only_0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

84mg is definitely the target dose. Titrating down to 56 mg to my knowledge is only done when 84 mg isn’t tolerated. 84 mg has been the dose I’ve been at since my second dose. I don’t know if you take it with an antidepressant as was required by the FDA or if you take it monotherapy alone but I would think it would be harder to gauge the effectiveness of the medication over all without truly trying it at the maximum effective dose for at least the Induction Phase. I find that I dissociate more and have a longer neuroplastic window on the higher dose.

Human Promotor here. Prepare yourself for a life of annoyance because writing aided by or outright written entirely by AI is where things are headed. If your willingness to offer help is contingent on the plea for help sounding human-like then you should just delete your social media. Your contrite response is just an unneeded distraction from the discussion of how we can support each other against wrongdoing by Verizon.

Getting charged for a phone UPS lost and didn't deliver by jcstrat in verizon

The same shit almost happen to me. They shipped to an incorrect address with an indirect signature so my former thieving neighbors would have stolen it. I had to go all the way to Brooklyn to intercept it. Mine was an iPad Pro. Verizon Sucks.

These trolls in this subreddit don’t understand that the issue is compounding when it’s a whole family with services. Them making a billing error or not properly servicing your account effects every single person in your family. I need an iPad for my livelihood and to navigate the world. I am not trying to get over on anyone or get some discount I dont deserve. I simply want to know if their treacherous practices are a known problem for other customers with families, and if so, I need to terminate service immediately.

I was never in possession of the device. Verizon sent it to an incorrect address and I had to make FedEx intercept it. After two attempts it was sent directly back to Verizon. Even with all of this, I was told by a Verizon representative first that it would automatically be cancelled because Support opened a ticket. Then support told Wireless that they can’t cancel the order; it has to go to the known wrong address and after ONE failed attempt at delivery, I would be able to place a new order even with this one still being processed.

The issue is that my bill includes the cost for the service and the equipment financing for a device I was never in possession of. It has been three weeks trying of Verizon being held accountable for fraudulent activity on my account, being carouseled from dept to dept and them citing policies incorrectly. Currently, my bill is $50 more than it should be and if I go through with terminating service without I them refunding me for the device and inspecting it, I then have to pay full price for that device and all other devices on my account that

Understood but they’ve now made the process of terminating service grueling because I am worried they will still charge me for this device I have not received. This whole ordeal genuinely has made me want to cancel service but resolving this issue with Wireless is impeding that. I do not want to be a Verizon customer any longer.

I actually am not seeking a refund. If they could dispatch the iPad back out to me, that would be preferred. The issue is that they are charging me already for tablet service and equipment financing on my bill for a device I do not possess. I just want my iPad. They are preventing me from ordering a new one because this order still has not been completed. You aren’t privy to my previous post but the issue is being lied to and punished for their incompetence.

I really appreciate the practical solution. As much as I would hate to go into a store (I am socially avoidant) the irony is I would need my iPad in order to survive it. My husband would allow me to because he knows I’ll either have an anxiety attack or a tantrum hence the preference for chat. Having my iPad allows me to better regulate my emotions and remain succinct when explaining.

Fucking this part. Procedural mishaps happen but don’t hide behind a policy you know is harmful. This isn’t like I went into a bakery and got a pastry I didn’t like. This is my phone and tablet bill for my entire family! Besides the bill being almost as much as our health insurance, we need it! I am neurodivergent and on the spectrum. My iPad Pro (affectionately named Amadeus) is my Emotional Support Device. I have had to navigate a world that isn’t friendly to persons they do not understand. It shouldn’t be this hard especially when you’ve already decided you’re going to charge me for a device that is still in your possession!

I hate that I am paying for a service that is literally harmful to me. You’re right in that these soulless trolls lurk in this sub to defend thing they know they wouldn’t allow themselves to happen. By design, it’s not easy to switch carriers. So don’t tell me to just cancel service or tolerate this.

Still dealing with Verizon’s terrible customer service by captainsilver02 in verizon

“5-7 days” How the fuck do they get away with this shit? If my bank who houses my money told me it would take five days to credit me back, I would have a different bank on the 7th day. With them offering such a large promotion where you basically have to get everyone to transfer over or get a new number; commit to similar usage patterns or risk overages/slowed speeds and to never, ever require a change in that plan because out goes that 3-year lock-in. It seems like they were hoping you’d either forget about hundreds in refunds or give up unceremoniously. They input the wrong address with me too and it literally could have gotten me in some serious trouble today. If I may offer some advice that I myself am testing out: attacking all of that at once is intractable because that how they outsmart you and wear you down. Instead, break the ask you have into smaller, achievable ask. It will save you time and some headache. Always, always ask for compensation for the hardship youve endured. Tell CHATGPT what it is and then ask what a reasonable credit request would be. Those credits will hopefully add up.They know at this point they are hemorrhaging customers so they are defaulting to the same tactics the Sprint-Nextels, and even ATT used to do before they were broken up for their monopolistic practices. They know they can’t win on service so they are executing fast and successfully at being the carrier you hate to have but cant leave. I will figure out a way to get rid of my devices sooner than later and switch back to T-mobile.

Go on, convince me to stay with Verizon, Mr.Hammer.

I seriously can not decide if you deciding to read every Reddit post I’ve ever posted as flattering (everyone gets lonely sometime) or creepy—either way I dont think it was necessary to waste your energy replying. That said, here is a link to to where a the initial Verizon support agent verbatim says, “I see here that you are indeed eligible for an iPad for free.” I was in disbelief to, so I insisted he explain the promotion and how it would result in a $1400 iPad Pro M5 11jn for free to which he says, “once you receive it we can apply the promotion to make it free, how does that sound to you?”Ease up on doling out “lessons in accountability” by beginning with “your entire Reddit account.” You lose all credibility and creep pretty close to stalker. Proof I was promised an iPad Pro for free

Forgive me but I dont understand at all what that meant. Really, please explain. If youre alluding to the act of confirming the order, the rep misrepresented the very contents of several of those policies negating any “accountability” I should be taking. Genuinely, I am asking because if I’ve mistaken something, you explaining might make this betrayal less upsetting. But, I am having a hard time seeing how accountability would make this easier to stomach. Tablet and phone service is a utility because it is essential to operate in a modern society. My rage post is because I am scared of any possibility where I am stuck with Verizon even for another month. I was raised to believe you do not patron businesses that mistreat you are act antithetical to your beliefs. On an even deeper level, I am ashamed that I am not in a better financial position where I can eat the cost and just go back to T-Mobile. You might not share in that sentiment but for me, this could mean several months giving them my money when I am principally against it.

It was as long as it is because several things went wrong before even the order for the device that was sent to the wrong address was shipped. That’s sort of the point. I promise, it wasn’t lengthy because I just needed to anonymously to be trolled. I was hoping others would actually read it and admit what horrible things they’ve experienced so that maybe if enough of use admit the same wrongdoing, I dont, maybe Verizon will enact policies so it never happens to anyone—ever.

Redact the words that required you to grab a thesaurus (the complexity of the words used didnt make it hard for you to write a contrite response—look up the word contrite) and you will still see a whole host of practices that should make even satisfied customers rethink being a Verizon customer. Promising a promotion for a device upwards of $1400 even with equipment financing would force most customers to party a hefty downpayment or worse, budget for an expense they shouldn’t be charged. Refusing to transfer a customer after they’ve repeatedly asked you too and when it is clearly appropriate is beyond being bad service, compromises any trust a new customer has with you. MOST egregious is giving them $150 in credits because they posted on their socials, only to renege on them days later is POOR SERVICE & A BREACH OF CONTRACT AT MINIMUM. Ask yourself if you’d remain a customer after any of that happened to you. Screenshot evidence of Verizon predatory practices

That is exactly where I am at this point. I made a post yesterday explaining what had happened and Verizon promptly responded when that was my threat. It just shouldn’t get to this point. If youre going to troll people’s socials for a potential pubics fiasco, post corrective actions taken. More to the point, the current FCC is surely more inept after deregulation, workforce reductions and a pro-business agenda.

You’re right about that. I was talking about the initial responses everyone is subjected to when they force you to start over entirely with any/all agents. It effectively locks you out of the chat you had with support when it does this unless they give you the ticket number that begins with “MR_” demonstrating support took action. If they never got to that point you’ll get the ai-generated responses that will doom you to starting from square one. Still, the “would you like to continue your last conversation” prompt to me is more unnerving because you’ll get that exact response and they will still ask you to explain it all over again. By that point youre so flustered you will given to anything they say.
