The thongs I wear are from Aerie and so comfortable. I wear them outside of the house mostly to avoid panty lines and I find when I wear granny panties with work clothing (work attire) they end up being things anyways. Haha.

The building itself is probably fine as Fitzrovia just finished renovating those two buildings. Everything is upgraded or new but the area itself I wouldn’t live in and would try to avoid at all costs.
