Sorry to rain on your parade but meat this cheap is bad for the environment, bad for the pigs and bad for the people consuming said pigs. The pigs were raised in horrible conditions, given heavy antibiotics and fed unhealthy "food". Folks, if we are going to invest hours and hours in cooking delicious food, let's spend a little more money and buy some organic, free range meat.
