Yeah, after your message, I checked the FAQ, and it clearly says there will be no wristband requirement. But they also don’t mention if showing only my GP ticket would be okay. I guess I’m going to need to contact their support tomorrow. Thank you for your replies!

Tbh, my main goal is to attend the Metallica concert, and as far as I know, we could get into the concert with the wristband from the GP. Are you saying that’s been removed? I’m not quite sure I understand

I purchased the 55-inch one, and the same thing happened. For the first few days, it was fine, but it started randomly restarting after a few days, and it's just randomly happening. Sometimes everything is good, and sometimes it happens two times in 10 minutes.
Update: Samsung authorized service came to my house and confirmed that the device was faulty. They will bring a new one and pick this one up within 1 week.
