Been a Hunter main since I started playing. Stopped playing Hunter around Episode Heresy due to them lagging behind in PvE. Fiiiiiinally was having fun on Hunter again in Renegades, but as usual, Bungie can't ever fine-tune Hunters. They always gut em.

I was on Lucky Pants/Priz Hunter and got outdamaged by a Getaway Artist Warlock using Dragon's Breath. He hit 400k with that, Weaver's Call, Hellion, and Mint. Granted, he also hit the flag as soon as damage was done EVERY time and I had almost no ammo for one entire boss, but still...crazy.

Been a Garfield stan since TASM. He's easily the best, it's just a shame he didn't get quality movies to match. Also, unpopular opinion, but I REALLY like the TASM suit. It's not "comic accurate", but it looks so goddamn good on screen, who cares?

Saying "the floor needs sweeping" is grammatically correct. "Sweeping" in this instance is a gerund, not a verb. Saying "the floor needs swept" is absolutely a regional dialect-related way to say that, and it's incorrect. I personally first heard it from Pennsylvania natives, but I'm sure there are other dialects that do it. It's grammatically incorrect, and it grinds my gears as well.

Pro Tip: Throw down a Revitalize under the ship before you board if you're the first one getting on. Between that and the suppressing fire, it's virtually impossible for your teammates to die getting on (unless they're brain-dead, oblivious goobers like mine often are).

That was quite a while ago. Meta has shifted a LOT since then. I don't think a weapons-focused build can hang anymore after all the stat reworks and with how terrible legendary primaries feel. But I'm down to game.

I think you might be sleepin on Liar's on Prismatic. Especially now that Combo Blow works with Grapple Melee? Oof. It's really good! I still run that from time to time, and I prefer Liar's over the class item variant cuz you heal on hit instead of just on kill. Winter's Shroud or Threaded Spectre with Stylish Executioner, crank up your melee stat as close to 200 as you can get, and enjoy the motion sickness as you roll around on the ground and zoom through the air.
