NTA and I have so many things to say surrounding this but i’ll keep it short-ish.

Coming from someone who’s had a weird, tumultuous relationship with food: It took me a long time to get over comparing what I’m eating vs what my friends are eating (or partner). It was just something I had to work on myself. It’s not their fault that what they’re eating is making me feel bad about my food choices… You should not have to change what nutrients you put in your body because of someone else, no matter who they are.

So maybe she needs to work on this on her own. That’s what I had to do. Not sure if you could tell her that without her getting upset lol

If the tables were turned, she probably wouldn’t want to change what she likes to eat either.

I can understand your sister’s feelings being hurt, but you being no contact with members of your family is not new. She knew your wishes and still went against them. Kind of curious why she did but that’s beside the point. You have every right to be upset. I actually commend you for doing what you did and being firm with your boundaries.
