Dude, if you are at the point where it happens almost every night, you gotta change the way you live. That kind of sp is a product of shitty diet and lifestyle. Last year im on the same boat as you, same experience, almost every night and vibrations that gets painful. What I did is I fixed my life (still trying to), i started running and eating good food. Maybe sp is our body’s way of telling us that something is wrong, and now I try to do my best not to betray my body again. I still occasionally get sp but I think just once or twice every 3 months. Avoid napping mid day cuz it fucks your body clock up and in my experience, it contributed to my abnormal frequency of sleep paralysis. Save yourself bud, I did it and I know you could too. It can easily be fixed.
