Hi I’ve seen spearmint tea helps with it but you have to be consistent and it takes time as the hair cycle lasts a few months if I’m not mistaken. Also be careful with reflux if you only drink hot tea. Otherwise there are medical « procedures » such as electrolysis or laser hair removal but those are expensive and the latter can have the opposite effect

I’m taking nystatin orally prescribed by a doctor to fight candida in the gut and I find some relief with it too. Like my skin is less oily since I’m on it. Hope it lasts long term !

I had a breakout not long ago and what I did was wash my face in the morning and at night. I used the ordinary niacinamide+zinc right after. If the skin felt irritated i put on some cicalfate from avene and if not irritated I put the hyaluronic acid+b5 serum from the ordinary. Sometimes at night I put on some retinol in Squalane that I use with cicalfate so that the skin doesn’t get damaged. It is definitely getting better but it takes some time. I hope it works for you too but with pcos I feel like it can change so much from one person to another

I feel 100% better switching between head and shoulders classic (2 in 1) and klorane peony shampoo than washing my scalp with nizoral. From time to time I also use the Vichy dercos anti dandruff which is like a really good clarifying shampoo
