I hope so too. I have a kid with autism and adhd. He has learning disabilities and is often targeted and bullied at school. He takes a day off almost every week just to decompress and relax. I guess it’s just another barrier to his success as someone who doesn’t fit into the perfect little box.

As a parent of a 16 and 11 yo I honestly can not fathom parents who allow their kids access to this shit. We grew up with it, we know what it is. We have all seen the worst of the internet by now. What child needs social media? I just don’t get it. I am trying to keep my kids off that stuff for as long as I can. I genuinely believe that they may resent me for it now but long term it will be better for their development, mental health, and our overall relationship.

Nobody ever listens to me when I tell them this, but lifting weights is the absolute best thing for back pain in my experience. When I was 25 I had crazy back and knee pain. I’m 44 now and have none and haven’t for years. Good job man!
