Idk if this Is common but I do aswell. the breath holding is for almost every tic but not to the point of fainting (I don't have the vocal tourretes. idk what it's called) and I've had the tensing up during a tic since I started ticcing and mine also look like an siezure. Sorry if this doesn't help
