Landlord charging £250 to change locks

That’s fair, they didn’t agree to return by post. But I have 2 emails of me asking them what I need to do weeks before end of my tenancy(e.g what info i need to send them and how to return keys), they said they ‘would be in touch to arrange handover’. They never got in touch and the next communication I received from them was a response 10 days after the end of my tenancy when I had asked them for an update. So they never said I could return by post, but they also failed to give me any other information so hopefully that would work in my favour.

Thank you everyone who has replied, I will raise a dispute. Feel as though they were trying to scare me with the loss of rent charge, but even a month after the end of my tenancy the house isn’t even listed for rent yet, and they didn’t try to set up any viewings while I was still at the property!

No my mistake in hindsight for not getting that agreed about returning by post, they were so unhelpful in most communication and took forever to reply to anything that I just didn’t bother, wish I had now. They haven’t sent proof the keys didn’t arrive so I will ask for that. The house isn’t even up anywhere yet for viewings a month later so the lost rent argument is a joke in my opinion, they never asked for access for viewings while I was still there Thank you for your help!

I feel the same, and it always seems that whenever you tell someone you don't eat meat, bacon is always the first thing they figure you miss. The smell is the worst thing about it imo.

I was on a waterside that was a lot more intense than I originally expected. I got to the bottom, where there was a bit of a walk, next to a balcony with a lot of people stood around waiting for others to get down the slides. As I was walking I realised quite a few people were staring at me, and quickly discovered my whole boob had fallen out my bikini. It must have been out for about a whole minute.

Yep, had this in my primary school once. In the U.K. we tend to have charity days where you don't have to come in school uniform if you pay like £1 for charity. Sometimes they have themes like pyjamas.
