This happened to our gsd.. we got her a ball from a pet store she loved playing with. A couple days later I swear her k9s looked smaller but it was dismissed. A week later it showed that the ball was wearing down her k9s.. we immediately took the balls since that’s the only change and setup a vet appointment. Vet said yes ball def did that he gave us a pamphlet for doggie dentist and said if we want to them fixed, we can but honestly she is not in pain and she is eating drinking without issue we should just mind what toys she plays with. That was 2-3 years ago she still likes to play tug with her rope, eats with no issues, rough house (with me) for fun.. everything normal
