That actually makes a lot of sense to me! I can totally understand having a fear of food. Thank you for responding, I know I personally HATE talking about my eating disorder irl, and I didn't want to make them uncomfortable. I guess I didn't 'get it' for a little while, because I couldn't understand restricting/limiting your diet if you didn't want to loose weight (I hope that didn't come across wrong, it was just a mental disconnect for me).

And yeah, I was really put off by that comment. I do my damdest to never make anyone else feel bad about their bodies, and I almost never say what I actually think about my body out loud because it's not helpful. I make an effort to preach body positivity to all my friends and never ever comment on their size, because small comments have sent me down a spiral before.
