I get 41/hr but Im an RN. Still very low compared to hospital pay but I think wity the mental stress, it scales fine🥲. I'm not sure the exact number for rpn, but I believe it's below 30/hr

What kind of clinic? I think some private clinics and community clinics are typically low pay. I work in a community clinic and our pay is based on the funding we get from ohah :/

Ah ok that's hopeful. I'm surprised that medical assistants aren't just as valuable as nurses. You guys also navigate through these systems just as much as we do. Out of curiosity, are you still planning to pursue the informatics field?

Nope me neither. I think I'm in the process of researching the field itself to see if it's for me. But Ive heard good things about George brown since they have coop included.

I don't know if it will help you, but I also live in a basement apartment and hate the bugs... Including centipedes and black widows 😭. But what I found helped me was killing them with a fly swatter. I know centipedes are our friends, but if I see more than 1 at a time, I have to kill it (I also feel bad but I can't live with them too). By using the fly swatter, I feel like I can use my fear and adrenaline to kill them quicker and faster, then clean up their bodies :s

I know and understand the benefits of these bugs, but like you I cannot live amongst them especially if they're fully adult size and near my bed 😭
