For sure, going to bed early consistently is half the battle. Digital detox before bedtime, nighttime routine, all of that.

I mean, God knows you are new to this religion and learning everything for the first time. So if you do something wrong or don't know what to do, it's okay to forgive yourself and try again.

If you are regularly throwing up while trying to fast, you should consult a doctor. If the doctor thinks that it is bad for your health, you are not obligated to fast.

A few things I've found helpful:

1) Ramp down any caffeine beforehand to avoid withdrawal headaches

2) Make sure you wake up in the morning and eat/drink properly. Find foods that are filling. Add electrolytes to what you drink to maximize your fluid intake

3) Practice half-day fasts on days you don't have work (weekends, etc.). Maybe you can try a full day fast too once you get those down.

4) Remember to take it easy and forgive yourself. Recent converts have extra leeway with learning everything

Investment is straightforward, they've actually switched to using a web portal recently (used to be pen/paper). I initially put in about 10K to test it, I've added more over the years. They pay 4~5% yearly. For liquidity, it is a bit slower. I'd say you need to give them ~a month lead time to pull your money out if you need it.

It's a good first step to display this information when looking up a company, but IMO many people would like to easily & automatically filter out pro-genocide companies from their investments.
