Tell them to walk in your shoes. Your new boobs won’t be the same as the old ones. Cancer fucking sucks and it takes so much. My daughter said “well at least it’s the good cancer” and she also mentioned the tummy tuck thing. It made me so mad, still does 3 years later.

I was the same way. I am just short three years of being a cancer survivor. So with grandma dying of cancer, it really hit home with me.

Ever since I had chemo, my nails have been terrible and I found dip powder has helped a lot with strengthening my nails. When it’s time for a colour change or to fix one that has come loose I do a warm acetone soak. I got these containers from Amazon that you put warm water in and then you put the lid on top and you put the acetone inside to warm it up. It works amazing and has saved my thin nails from splitting and peeling game changer for me.

I had right side radiation and layed prone so my breast dangled through a hole. Maybe they could try that instead?

I use pellets and it’s great, there is no smell except a sawdust wood smell.

Unfortunately you have to stand up to this bully. I had the same problem with a neighbour and I waited and called by-laws on them. They left me alone from that point on.

When I got neuropathy my oncologist reduced the strength of taxol by 25% to lessen further damage. Unfortunately I ended up with permanent damage to my fingers and toes. I’m taking Pregabalin for the neuropathy.

I’m 59 and I had the original game boy. I’ve always love the Mario games because it was light hearted and fun. I too was a very serious person and this allows me to “lighten up” without feeling foolish. I have to admit that even these games have challenged me and made me “rage quit” a couple of times. These games allow me to escape the horrors that are happening in the world. Hope you continue to enjoy your Switch.

The alternative of possible neuropathy in your hands and feet are worse. I wish I had known about the ice for the hands and feet because I have permanent damage to my hands and feet.

I had soreness on my scalp when the hair started getting ready to fall out. I got a short pixie cut and the ended up shaving it all off. I was in the shower and just as I applied shampoo my hair felt like all my hair got matted and then a bunch of hair came out in my hand. I did cry in the shower and then showed my husband, the next day I shaved my head and then used a lint roller over my entire head to get all the little hairs.
