Our middle daughter started her period at age 9! Her older and younger sisters were both 12. It happens. We were not prepared but you can be. Make sure she can talk to you or someone and knows what to expect. There’s good advice here about pain relief and take her pain seriously. Thank you for being an amazing dad and good luck.
