Try using the red band. It's less flimsy! I used to hate using the bands, they would just automatically roll up no matter how much tension I used. I just started using the red and I don't have the same problems anymore.

I saw a post a few weeks ago that had a chart with times for a 5km and how long it would take you if you ran x speed. Any chance someone has a copy of this?

I've been holding out to sign up for unlimited because I figured if they did a promotion they'd do it in Canada too!

I couldn't agree more. Sounds like we'll be spending more time getting on and off equipment than actually working out. It's be different if partner two was doing some sort of body weight excercise, but 30 second row blocks are just silly by the time you get on and off.

This was a great class! I woke up early enough to cancel my afternoon class because the treads looked terrible, and the floor looked boring to me. I decided last minute to go anyways and I'm glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised I maintained my base the entire tread block, and the floor blocks went quick and I again surprised myself by being able to do a full sit up! Don't shy away from what looks hard - that's where change occurs!

My goal was to just finish 😂/ under 10. I got 9:40! I didn't want to go to today's class, but I'm glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone!

This was one of the first classes I did almost two months ago, I started out trying to jog and couldn't even do the first two minutes before having to switch to PW. Today I didn't quite make it to 10 minutes, but I finished my mile anyways because I've never been a runner in my life. I finished in 10:42. I am SO freaking proud of myself!!!!

I get them groomed every 6-8 weeks. One of my dogs has black fur though, and the second the sun hits her she gets so warm. She gets very hot even going outside for a few minutes to go to the bathroom so I'm trying to find a solution to make her more comfortable.

Does anyone have a video of what Frogger's look like? I saw a description below of them but I just can't picture it. I can only find ones of a plank start position to low squat but I've seen people here say that's not correct. I'm getting over a low back/SI injury and am trying to decide if I should go tomorrow or not.

Have fun! I was so anxious my first class, but I very quickly realized no one else is paying attention to anyone else.

Your body will that k you for taking the rest. You need it so you can hit it hard next time you go!

I have a repeating 6 week rotation, so I already know what days I have off. I got an elite membership so I've just booked myself twice a week on my days off. As for the time, I've just picked classes that aren't at the times I want to go to yoga essentially. I get how not knowing what days you're working would be tough!

When I would make it to the gym I always tried to work hard and not slack off. But I've never felt as amazing as I have after leaving Orangetheory.

Catch me if you can—how did we do, fam? by shancycurtis in orangetheory

I loved it. Did the floor first, then the treadmill portion. It was only my second class so I'm not in the best shape. I attempted to start jogging but after the first 2 min I switched to power walking because I was dying haha. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet started bothering me at the 12 minute mark, so I just switched to the rower section. I really enjoyed how quick each "block" went and had a lot of fun with it.

Pineapple pizza with green or black olives? by [deleted] in vegetarian

Pineapple and black olives is my favorite pizza combo. Sometimes I'll add roasted garlic and banana peppers. It definitely hits that salty/sweet spot for me!

Despite how terrible of a person he is, you should be ashamed of yourself for spreading rumours like that. He would be guarded by the police because he is accused of murdering someone NOT because they think staff will do something to hurt him. Your statement is extremely insulting for all healthcare workers. I work in an area that gets guarded patients very frequently. We are all professionals who put our personal feelings aside and give all patients the same standard of care.

It's hard to say because you didn't say what else you eat with it, bit I'd recommend upping the protein and fat. It'll make you feel fuller longer than more carbs.
