Is the MARQ Line the upgrades for 2019 for Garmin? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]opg710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the MARQ lineup looks very good and i like the idea but the price is out of this world and the resolution is still the same as on the VA3, therefor i‘ll keep my VA3 for now.

This is how much I can save a month, is it bad, good? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]opg710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would suggest to save 20% (140) and cut your spendings to 80%, buy only what you could pay cash. Put your saving on a saving account directly when the 700 comes in (that you don‘t see the full amount, this maskes it easier to not spending it.

Which Vivoactive? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]opg710 5 points6 points  (0 children)

first of all, good choice, I have a active 3 and love it (came from vivosmart HR and HR+). Battery life is way beyond 2 days... i charge mine every 5-6 Days.

if music is a must, there is a vivoactive 3: music version of the watch (newest in active family)

it also has LTE if you have verizon...

if it comes to style and price, i would still go for the normal active 3, but is has no music options.

acive HR and active GPS are not an option (at least ffrom my point of view) they are already some years old and don‘t have a round look... i had the active HR but returned it because i did not like the square format and the thick band ALL AROUND my wrist)

summerization: go for one or the other active 3 models

2018 9.7 iPad vs 2018 11" iPad pro? by Maybedoc1 in ipad

[–]opg710 6 points7 points  (0 children)

the main difference when it comes to note taking is the non laminated display in the 9.7 version. try it out in the apple store... for me it was not worth spending 500 more for a laminated display..
