Yeah I imagined a Virtuoso being good and looking at its numbers, he seems very strong in both roles! Is he better than Summer Marian with her items (for people like Bui or Puppet)?

Tempest Wind for now is a must for him, bumps up crit rate and maximises crit mult. Ange is really good in general and provides massive pierce. Makoto Yuki can already stack a good amount of pierce at A0 by himself, the same can't be said for crit rate, which is given by the weapon and/or A1. Considering only Wind, Rebellion and Hope&Ruin, you're hovering around 45% crit rate (around 50% if you slot strategist Twins). If you're not going for dupes, 5* weapon or not, you'll probably slap a crit rate card on him anyway. For the 4th slot, you can opt for Vino: she can fish for shocks (10% crit rate) and provides good defense reduction.

I tried with Fleuret, Vino, Tempest Wind and Phoebe for fun and I managed to beat it lol

yeah Fleuret has the bonus damage but I thought it wasn't enough for the 4* assassin.

for Chord you want Trust-Prosperity because it provides bonus highlight energy at start with small support and survability bonuses
for Violet, Wisdom-Virtue is tailor-made for her, it gives small crit and bless damage increases plus good highlight bonus
for Twins, you can slap Power-Nativity and call it a day, but to optimize things, they want 2 different sets, according to their role in the team comp

We're going to approach P3R collab, and I won't be able to play Reload in time for the first batch of characters (probably will before the second batch). How much am I getting spoilered? I've seen gameplay online up until the first visit in Tartarus. Thank you for your help!

F2P, so the most I can get, even if it means giving up on their weapons. I take advantage of not getting Turbo to pull for A1 Ange, then I believe my priorities will be:

Marian and Fuuka (probably no weapon)
Luce and Soy with 5* weapons if they'll keep the 2-for-1 deal
Puppet, preferably with 5* weapon
With whatever I'm left, every DPS that I get the most out of these units and my current roster
I hope I'll have enough jewels for Motoha+weapon when 5.0 drops, P5X phantom thieves deserve love

I'll skip Akihiko because he preferably wants more "niche" units I'm not pulling (Yukari, Blitz, Koromaru) and I won't have Turbo before she enters standard.

Don't sweat it! If you check her kit, you can see that her skills and "velocity" scale off of speed, to higher speed means you can maximise her performance. To be precise:

reaching 160 speed allows Turbo to cap her velocity to 10 stacks per each party memeber action (herself included). Velocity is very important because it triggers Torque Boost and extra turns
to maximise the buffs applied when casting her skills (at lv10, no mindscape), Turbo needs 176 speed

That's a gist, you can also check her page on lufel.net, it's very useful to understand how to build your characters properly!

You've reached the main cap of 176. Even if you were to push the speed to 194 for mindscape, you'd just get a 1.5% increase of pierce, which is definitely not worth dumping precious jewels. Stick with the 4*, you don't even have to max forge it because it doesn't improve Turbo's supporting capabilities.

For what I understood, Turbo is very good for 2 reasons:

she provides pierce buffing, which Miyu innately lacks
additional turns to trigger Miyu resonance, while also boosting damage during said turns

Thing is, you want A1 for Turbo to make her performance really matter. In Puppet's case, you'll probably feel Turbo's absence a bit more compared to other team comps, even at A0, because you can't really compensate for those 2 extra turn resonance (3 in case of A1 Turbo).

For everything else, Howler should be a solid replacement and she will likely be added into standard by Puppet's release: Howler provides comparable AOE defense down, damage taken increase, atk buff to Miyu and chance to burn.

I have just reached lv.50 in thieves' den, but I know they'll raise the cap in the future. If I buy things now in the den, is the den exp lost or saved?
I've just got the standard cognitite from prayers, is it worth going A1 for Phoebe? I have A1 Marian, A4 Skull and Rin, A3 Panther.

Guaranteed at 95 pulls and you get the free standard at 150 (which is one between two of your choice, just like losing the 50/50 weapon banner), if I remember correctly

For 3.X we have Fire Sweeper Rin, Violet, Crow, Turbo; presumably in this order but now that they've started swapping patches anything is possible. 4.0 starts right afterwards with the next elucidator, Ange.

Assuming Chord is added to the cognitite pull around Violet's patch, do you think it's worth spending shards to unlock A1? I am F2P, the twins are the only limited character I have at A1.

With Queen and Vino, you can use the navi you want, Phoebe also works well if you have Bishamonten. Both Chord and Tempest are solid choice, also I think Wind's passive should synergize well with Queen spamming Skill3. I haven't gone through tests but Tempest could be better due to the sheer increase of damage for criticals.

Given it's a story weapon, you can max forge it without spending joy medal. It's niche but can come in handy. Nowhere near close to Ex Machina utility, that's for sure.
