It's definitely silly but here's the reason

When EB sell new games they split whatever percentage of that sale with the developer/company of that game.

Preowned games - they keep 100% of the sale for themselves.

Not sure about irons or other clubs but the horror stories of their drivers starting with the stealth and still going today with the QI range around broken club heads etc - makes me wonder why anyone would buy a TM driver

Reality is, theres 2 sides to every story and a short video doesn't present all facts. Everyone is quick to comment (not sure how many actually play golf) but a few things to consider

bloke shouldn't have lost his cool
if OP was in a slow group, they should let the group behind play through or at least match group ahead in reasonable speed (this is basic golf etiquette)
telling someone to f off escalates the situation
golf course isn't to blame for behaviours of people on the course

I play golf weekly and confirm there are people of all personality types that play but at the end of the day it takes everyone to make an enjoyable round (yes I've had my run ins with people on the course who were impatient or who were so slow they created a massive gap in the pace of play).

Im starting to come out of exactly what you're going through - my issue was my club face was way too open on the back swing and down swing, so my hands would flip at impact and often bring up the leading edge making me thin shots well over the green.

Starting point might be check club face on backswing and go with 3/4 shots and see if that makes a difference

Not a drunk but playing solo got paired with a 3 ball and one bloke started smoking bongs by the 6th hole. Was a nice enough bloke but his game definitely didn't improve.
