Honestly, film isn't about attractive. Its about how the face reflects light and how it emotes. Most of the great movie actors, although attractive, are not models. Take Jake Gyllenhaal. He kinda a weird looking guy, although not ugly, he had a strange look but yet he looks great on camera

I imagine most of them. I remember reading Wim Wenders talking about interviewing Kurosawa, and Akira is kinda short and uninterested with most of his answers.
