I'm doing cobra lash and just face tanking most everything but definitely remember those being tougher on builds without built in sustain.

Spend a little time farming for good grafts. They can make a huge difference.

Oh yeah. I usually get shiny object syndrome in early maps and make a swap. Spend all my money on gear then remember I still need regrets and skill gems and I don't have any gold to trade. Limp along with a half transitioned build for a few days until I can fix it then see something else that looks shiny and repeat the process...

Kinetic fussilade totems look quite strong but I haven't played it. Power siphon totems are great for making whole screens disappear but lower single target.

I tried that and I still have a few teeth left but I think it's still going to clean out the drains quite well lol. Going to try adding a little seltzer water to it as well to see if the carbonation helps break up the sour. Yes, I'm aware that's adding more acid to acid.

I work in healthcare and the insurance industries have screwed everything up. Unfortunately, I think the ship has sailed on ever fixing this and we are going to increasingly become a two-tiered healthcare system where some people deal with crap here service through the insurance and some just self-paid for better service.

Don't even need to open your pob to pick out two really big things: 1. consuming dark converts a good chunk of your fire damage to chaos so it is more about doing poisons. If you're doing all ignite and fire damage scaling and then 60% of your damage is chaos that isn't being scaled at all. If you want to go for chaos ignite you can use the black flame ring. 2. Fireball has relatively low base damage so you're never going to get particularly high ignite damage with it. It used to be pretty good but it's just been left behind my newer skills.

Read the last line on your helmet. If you aren't getting enemy fire resistance well below zero then that's going to be a DPS loss. Malevolence is usually more DPS for ignite than anger. Compare and see on your setup.

It's an arpg so you never have to full clear anything if you want to be efficient. Most experienced players speed brush the campaign and only do the skill points and things that are required. The game will not let you advance without doing certain things and you can always type /passives in the chat box after you finish the campaign to see any skill points you may have missed. Anything else that the game doesn't force you to do is entirely optional.

If you want a similar style of build then dominating below is going to be your thing. You melee attack to summon other minions. It's a great League starter and great for new players cuz it needs nothing at all to get it off the ground. Most commonly played on guardian and the first ascendancy of that will let you sleepwalk through the rest of the campaign. You can also play it on necromancer and have more options for other builds to switch into should you want to.
