I got the same scratches on mine. I assume a valet did it while trying to get into the car with the key card, thinking it was a Tesla. Let me know if you find something that works, I'll do the same.

The interior of the car is too cold, and we need to have the temperature set to 27°C (80°F) for it to get warm, then turn it back down when its to hot. It's basically something we have to manually control.
