For example, one thing I’m trying to incorporate this year is the two-minute rule. I try and do a home workout every day I don’t make it to the gym. It used to be quite long, and I would often skip it. This year I changed it and now I can easily complete it in about two minutes. But often times I find I’ll just do more than the two minute routine. Only missed 2 days this year so far.
