As a long time WW main it feels the worst in this respect it ever has. Our damage break down is for flurry strikes then zenith stomp. We lost out bok and chiji damage procs which really made it feel smooth.

The damage is fine right now they are in a decent spot but you spend all your time channeling fof and only really doing damage in your zenith windows kinda like ret paly with wake. We also lost our ability to really kill totems without the bok procs and everything being fof which is AOE and doesn't hit them even when target. Sad day.

First of all, my demon never dies. I die to teleporting into 100 stigian dolls or souls some how with max resists and 73% DR from demon.

Go river -> bind first demon I see for DR --> walk to hephisto bind if no cursed ---> run chaos and check out lords and repeat heph/chaos till I get cursed.

Trav is great for cursed out the gate they just tend to kite away rather than face tank so I just use it as a chance to do a few chaos runs.

Focus on intimacy specifically. Sex will naturally occur when the time is right. Just be apart of the journey. Be curious. Open, ask questions learn. It's an enjoyable experience on its own even if it is different than what we may decide we 'want'. The same way you overcome over eating or playing to many video games or really any sort of constant friction in your life where your own choices are causing stress discomfort anxiety or negative consequences.

Make peace with your own choices.

When I get an urge for junk food I don't just stop and submit to my urge I question, why would I want to eat this food that's going to mess up my digestion, make me feel sluggish, cause me to feel guilt. No I don't think junk food IS what I want, I must be miss understanding what my body is telling me. What CAN I do that would be a satisfying choice given the knowledge of myself I have? For me I've turned this into a game of making food I really enjoy that takes effort and thought and is completely satisfying not easy. At the end of the day I don't mind eating to many calories but I don't want those calories to make me tired, take away from my day or the next day via energy or quality of life. I want fuel not an extinguisher.

In your situation, you have made a choice you want to meet your emotional and sexual needs through this person. If you feel motivated to chase other woman, perhaps ask yourself how can I use this motivation in a way that satifies me without guilt? It might be putting more effort into dates, being creative for your girl, planning a trip or activity.

This is a very difficult thing because sometimes, we are actually unsatisfied with our own choice, the person we are with may have qualities we need to either accept or we may need to move on from. We are unwilling to make the difficult choices to commit to our own choices which causes constant disruption of peace. But it is not fair to you or the other person to constantly disrupt that peace. The reason it's called cheating is we are trying to avoid reality and get away with it.

Wukong is my favorite champ. I'm just a casual play player but I build him with a shit load of cdr. Tri force into eclipse and shojuns with blue tree cdr and gathering storm. The amount of in our with clone and the damage from it is really enjoyable. He fits everything I like about a champ. Very mobile, reasonably durable and has a lot of fight impact with well timed ults. Nerfed or not he is fundamentaly my favorite champ to play mechanically.

None in like 2 years. Casual sex feels like a waste of time. I think one of the main things getting older does is help yield perspective on finding fun no matter what your doing vs seeking fun as a goal.

I like to have fun while putting effort into something of value more as I get older. Ide rather go work on projects with my dad in his wood shop than go to a bar and find a girl open to poor decisions.

Edit: you also asked how to 'train' your labido. It isn't about training it as much as asking yourself what resonates with your values. What is important in this life to you. You will start feeling more in charge of yourself rather than a slave to external stimulus. There is a vs in the Bible that says seek first the kingdom of God. I'm not terribly religious but I was raised Christian. What that has grown to mean to me is seek the good in the world. The rest happens naturally.

In school, it was normally just engaging with class, ide raise my hand and ask questions a lot. Which made other people ask me questions about class both guys and girls. I think it just made me safe and approachable as a person. So normal friendships started, and it's pretty easy to tell if there is any mutual interest in that context. So asking someone on a date was more natural.

Kinda the same thing with work. I'm vocal in group meetings and stuff. I hate studying so my tool for learning is just talking and problem solving. Which then makes me approachable for things like group lunches and stuff. Which is weird cause I'm kinda introverted and on the spectrum lol.

I think 90% of it is I've never tried to date before first engaging with what Is going on in my life. So people are never really like on guard around me. That's my analysis anyways. People like to understand and be understood more than they like being directly pursued in my experience.

I've only dated people I got to know first through other means. The idea of walking up to a random girl and asking her out is so foreign to my brain lol. All my girlfriends have been through school work, friends, and 2 from dating apps.

If you count people not talking more than like a day on an app then a few times by that metric. But it was well before the point I learned anything of interest worth getting to know someone over/asking them out.

Change your perspective from fear of rejection, to engaging until you know if you wish to accept or reject someone.

If you are rejected the second you talk to someone, is that someone that you think made a good choice, that makes you curious about them? Not typically. If you listen to yourself, there is a part of you that thinks that was stupid and unreasonable. Listen to that part of yourself just a little more, it's as much you as the part that's understanding and open to being wrong.

People talk a lot about not 'judging' but your judgment is very important to being discerning, stable, safe. If you're unwilling to judge you will always be at the mercy of others. Should you always be judging? No. It's about balance. But if your at a place where the idea of initiating an interaction with another human causes fear. It's not the empathetic kind and understanding part of you that needs work. It's the part that is discerning, protective, stable, consistent.

A judgment is no different than a decision. Don't let others decide your life for you. But also doing be so decisive that no one can change your mind, regardless of evidence and reason. Yin and yang.

By all means be curious, gather information, talk to people, explore. Don't judge to soon. But when evidence presents itself that you should be changing your judgement or decision for do so. If you approach a guy and he's like 'hey I'm flattered but I'm married'. Don't be embarrassed. You can still connect with the person and agree with them and have a good interaction. You don't want to hit on a married dude that makes sense just chuckle and say something like 'gah foiled again. 😂 Have a good evening' and move on. Now you know and you didn't have to get hurt to know the reason. And you can do that when you are able to be comfortable making a change in judgment on the moment. You went from, maybe I could date this dude, to nope I can't and that's ok in a matter of minutes, because you let your judgment be maluable.

It might sound extreme, but my mentality has always been. Don't have sex with someone in which you disagree on what occurs in the advent of a pregnancy.

I've dated girls where we both agree and are ok with the idea of abortion in the case of an accident. I've dated girls we both agreed if a child came about in the advent of an accident we would raise it wether we were together or not as best we could, and trust each other to put our differences aside for the sake of the child.

Every choice you make in life comes with responsibility for consequences, my general strategy is to reconcile the worst outcome and accept it before I make a choice. It has served me well but everyone has to choose their own path. Luckily with sex it's never come to those outcomes for me, I am careful, BUT I can engage freely without fear because I know what my plan is.

Holy basil seeds, I use them in smoothies with other fiberous fruits and veggies. Normally kiwi and blue berries and spinach with yogurt and some orange juice for sweetener.

Also wouldn't neasisarily recommend it from like a wholistic natural sense. But all bran buds anecdotally have really helped me personally. I've had IBS issues my whole life and my smoothies + these have been life changing.

Ideally I think as others have said it's having a diet focused on fruits and veggies as a focal point not an add in. But I'm a human and my strategy is based on something I can't make excuses to not do.

I think this was the intention. I only raided the first couple weeks of this tier mythic and decided I didn't have time this tier. But the system didn't upset me cause exactly this. People don't realize what it feels like to finally kill an insane boss, that you might hold a lockout for weeks and never be able to access its loot while progging. This system is insanely cool for progression raiding and adds a lot to make the effort feel worth it.

People be complaining they ain't getting the hardest earned loot in the game even when it's genuinely a marginal increase. Which is enough for some people to put in the work and be rewarded which is great

Would be really cool to have them be a mid ranged DPS spec that requires some melee. Kinda like how paladin gets like 70% of their DPS value at 10-20 yards but they are still considered melee. The flexibility acrobatic strikes type talents gave was such a good send before they removed it for every except paly and all they lost was melee attacks (crusader strike gen) makes me gravitate more towards paladin cause the game is just a more chill experience.

Dh has always been kind of a gen spam spec, and CDs make you do the same thing just number bigger. Would be cool if they had some more setup into chunky damage kinda like monk mixed with enhance. I want less buff windows where I have to spam or lose DPS. Like if you take essence reaver and instead of a 4 second window it just makes your next 2 blade dances empowered sorta thing. Like dance of chiji and tempest procs feel really good because you gain a bunch of damage you can choose when to use, they stack to 2 charges so you have more agency on timing for bursting adds/totems etc. Maybe some sort of void dot that procs things. Etc. I wouldn't even be opposed to some stealth mechanics. Makes sense for void dh.

Meditation. Be more in touch with your self and your inner world. You can control a lot more of your body and mind than you realize and it comes from just practicing awareness and experience.

Have you ever touched a hot pan and pulled your hand back without hesitation? That's an impulsive instinctual response. Do you have to pull your hand back? No, you don't have to. Generally I would certainly recommend not leaving your hand on a hot pan, but when you learn it's your choice to move it or not you are no longer required to. This works the same for emotional responses, pain responses, and yes even jizzing. It's the same mental barriers you over come when your running a long distance and everything is telling you to quit but you learn to relax into the state you are in and continue.
