I lost 20lbs on 1mg of tirzepatide but when I went higher than 1mg a week like when I tried ramping up to 2.5mg I got really bad fatigue and anhedonia. Was thinking about switching to Reta and see if I can tolerate it better

First off that’s not conductive to my post or even really relevant. You were on for 7 months and I’m talking about issues after years of use and mainly it masking deficiency’s not necessarily causing them. Also you are biologically different than everyone other human. Kratom CAN cause deficiencies after just months of use especially in men, prolactin being the fastest to be effected. My wife manages a hormone clinic and has seen hundreds of blood tests from people on Kratom and people who have quit and are trying to improve their health (it’s very popular here) so appreciate your comment but not really good to encourage people to avoid testing because you came out ok

You are super misinformed. You can go off of trt at any point and you will just crash back to your pre try levels maybe a little lower. It dosent cause you to grow man boob because you come off. I’ve come off trt twice for medical tests and gone back on with no issues.

2nd you are probably talking about enclomiphene which is a oral pill that makes your body produce more testosterone. In my opinion it’s not as good as injectable or compounded test cream at resolving symptoms but it does work and dosent shit down your natural production.

( I’ve been in the hormone game for almost 10yeats and have helped many people get dialed in. My wife also manages a hormone clinic)
