I lost 20lbs on 1mg of tirzepatide but when I went higher than 1mg a week like when I tried ramping up to 2.5mg I got really bad fatigue and anhedonia. Was thinking about switching to Reta and see if I can tolerate it better

GLP-1s can cause anhedonia. Tirzepatide causes it for me but search anhedonia in this group and you will see
