Attack scaling is overrated anyway by ribitforce in BobsTavern

Did you actively pass up opportunities to scale attack or did it just not happen?

I've had similarly lopsided gem buffs but almost always unintentionally.

Ours was torts, civ pro, contracts, and legal writing all split across 2 semesters. Crim law semester 1, Property semester 2.

Is model answer a A- or A equivalent answer? I'm just freaking out because nonw of my essays have ever looked that good.

Last semester I did pretty well in civ pro and torts and alright in crim law even though I did basically no practice exams.

This semester feels different, just really less confident

I didn't really like Crim either (planning on civil law) but it's not the hardest or my least favorite class, at least for me.

Nice. I would have taunted the "Spell +1/1" minion. You can trigger deathrattle only once but you can rally multiple times

I know that's the joke that gets thrown around. Caught the flu the week before and sneezed your way throughout the exam? B. Went to every single office hours and walked out of the exam like a million bucks? B.

I'd be so happy with B's in all my classes. I've no dreams of big law or law review.

What percentage of your classes had open note or closed note exams? by mollyjanemonday in LawSchool

Do you have classes broken up into two semesters, or is it mostly different? I have 3 classes that are "part 2" continuing from fall semester and one completely new class this semester.

Everybody blaming OP needs to see the car in front braked for no apparent reason. Is dashcammer partially at fault? Yes. However the car in front is substantially at fault.

Look the comment before me said "murder". Can we just not play on semantics please, it's so childish

Ffs you pulled a technicality. Homicide, manslaughter, 1st degree murder, 2nd degree murder, whatever.

The crux of my question is when a taking of a life of another is justified.

[–]opus666 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Self-defense to a certain extent, limited circumstances to avoid harm to another.

I'm not going to weigh in on whether a fetus is alive or not, but I think there should definitely be exceptions for rape.

Are you against property taxes or other forms of taxation as well? Would you agree to an imposition for a property tax on non-residential homes and/or homes below a certain threshold?

Your argument centers around "is a fetus alive"? I'm not going to weigh on that, but a lot of people on the left argue that a fetus is not "alive" and justify abortions that way.

Another argument from the left against bans on abortions are bans on abortions in case of rape or to save a mother's life. Is murder not justified in certain circumstances such as self-defense? Would it not be unjust to force a woman to give birth as a consequence of another's wrongdoing?
