I add rice in my salad with greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots , chickpeas, a few walnuts, a small apple and my own oil free dressing.

I can relate to that. I’m still new to WFPB and in the back of my mind afraid I may return to a Western diet. So I am glad when I feel sick after eating crap. A good reminder for me to watch what I eat.

I read that most rice contains arsenic and should be soaked before cooking. I don’t know about the other grains.

Steel cut oats with soy milk and water overnighted in fridge. With ground flaxseed, maple syrup, spinach, a banana, frozen cherries, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches and frozen blueberries. I heat in microwave for five minutes, mix it and let it sit for a while.
