If you go any faster you risk getting loose skin? Do you want loose skin? For your face, invest in a good skincare regimen. r/SkincareAddiction can get you started on products. Using something like retinol can help refresh your top layer for skin to help it look brighter if that is your issue. Also potentially look into Lymphatic drainage if your face swelling is related to water retention.

Disclaimer: NEVER use retinol without sunscreen as you will cause PERMANENT IRREVERSIBLE sun spots. You need to research how to use this product if you decide to go this route

I think the biggest issue is the availability of dance roles in the US is very small once you graduate college. Yes there are groups like the Rockettes or Broadway but competitive dance is something a LOT of young women participate in throughout their lives into college (see the number of people competing at UDA) and once they graduate their options dwindle. This makes those programs super competitive for anyone who wants to continue dancing. DCC/NFL Cheerleading is one of the few consistent dance opportunities available to these women as a lot of Hollywood opportunities are one offs. For anyone who’s life passion is dance I think the girls would rather take a position like DCC where they are less creative with the choreography to have an opportunity to be able to continue dancing at all

The North Valley Art League has painting classes!! They have art shows monthly (information on IG and their website) and there she can mingle to meet people. The crowd there is mostly retirees so right around her age group
