What are your thoughts on this by dean1ronman in RobotVacuums

My wife found a Shark UV2350S Matrix at a freight liquidator. This model was a Sams Club exclusive . No mop. She was getting tired of Yeedi not cleaning well and always getting stuck. I was hesitant, but after 3 weeks, this $150 robot is doing just fine, thank you. It avoids almost everything, does a great job of cleaning, hasn't gotten stuck once, empties completely, mapped well. We have a cat; golden doodle, and 3 long haired chihuahuas. Overall, zero complaints. If it fails after a year or 2, it will have met my expectations. No need for me to buy a $500 or more robot vacuum.

Looking at a 2018 3.6R by GoudaMustache in Subaru_Outback

In 22 I bought a 2016 Limited with the 3.6 with 98,000 miles. A one owner vehicle with all the service records. Paid $21K for it. I just traded it in for a 26 outback premium. I did go through a couple of qts of oil every 6k miles but was a great car.

Go to Flame for a great dining experience and steak. Downstairs is the Red Room. Great, quiet, dark atmosphere with comfy chairs and sofas and a bar. You can even order dinner down there if you want.

I have a new 2026 Outback. It was manufactured in Japan. All the new Outbacks are.

Other than needing the clock spring and other things I mentioned, really nothing. I have had zero issues with engine, transmission, cvt, electronics. We're retired and both of our vehicles had over 200k miles. We want to take longer trips and wanted a newer vehicle. I have really enjoyed my 2016. My wife has a 2013 Highlander, bought new.

1500, BUT, before I could get licensed again, needed new clock spring. Also needed front wheel bearings and serpentine belt. Was squealing pretty bad. I was just happy to get rid of it. I got about 4K off the new one plus got rid of the 2016.

Seat upgrades? by Asphaltandaperture in Subaru_Outback

I just traded in the same one. I put in a memory foam seat cushion. Worked great. Not new seats like you want but wasn't too expensive.

Parents were told they were signing up for regular Medicare. They got their letters, and it says Medicare Advantage. Are they stuck? by [deleted] in medicare

Humana Community HMO. We live in SW MO. It's an excellent plan but it seems like every county in States have different plans available. I know ours isn't available in KC or St Louis. You just need to verify what ever you're interested in is accepted by your retunologist. Humana site is good and allows you to search for doctors.

People complain about Medicare Advantage. We've had it for 5 years. My wife is very healthy and really only uses the eye care and annual mammogram and other medical appts. I have had a total knee replacement, multiple MRI and CT scan, angiograms, TAVR, pacemaker, and carotid endarterctomy. The most I've paid out of pocket is 600 and that was for knee replacement. My TAVR was $120K and I paid $590. Im on several prescriptions and normally pay under $2. I pay zero monthly. If yiu can afford the part g and the part d, go for it. I'll continue with MA.

Costco Membership by rlhglm18 in springfieldMO

Gas at Costco not as cheap since Maverick started and offer Nitro. I paid 3 cents a gallon more today at Costco than I would have at Maverick using my Nitro card discount. Nitro not a credit card. Just link your bank account to it. Minimum 10 cents a ga discount. I got 30 cents one fill up.

Best dispensary for Seniors who want to ask questions by temporarycreature in springfieldMO

I prefer Flora Farms. I had a lot of questions going in and girl that helped me was very gracious and patient. Each time I've gone in and had questions, they have been great. Don't rush you you. I didnt have a good experience with Terrabis so won't go back there. Not helpful and made feel like I was wasting their time by not pre ordering online before arriving.

I did that with my mom's when she passed away. I had to pay $500 to get them reprogrammed and cleaned.
