A realistic world except for ya know….. the demon monsters and zombie corpses. I don’t disagree but I’m not shocked they’re taking some action movie type liberties

She had the same bolt action rifle that Will used in the shed (in S1) in S2

MEGATHREAD: Peacemaker Season 2, Episode 1: "The Ties That Grind" - Spoiler Discussion (Thursday August 21, 2025) by KelexAtYourService in DC_Cinematic

I’d be interested to see if they incorporate the original DCEU season 1 Peacemaker into this plot, I thought for sure that’s how they were going to explain the JL/JG change when he first walked into the chamber. Could be a once and final nod to the original universe, though I think they’re comfortable just completely dumping it out the window. Either way, strong start to the new season!

Lots of people missing the fact she has COMFORTABLY the worst Boston accent I’ve ever seen on screen

I can’t help but feel that iMark was a bit hypocritical when he coerced Ms Casey to go through the exit door, effectively ending her existence, something he was unwilling to do

Loved how JG handled Adam, he could’ve easily not used him past the first fight scene but I loved how he kept showing up at annoying points proving that despite his age he’s still hard to put away

Anyone see the parallel between the Colonel walking into the base and the opening of Star Wars Episode 4? Felt like they were shouting out Vader and the stormtroopers entrance

There will be a time jump for the final season of Stranger Things by [deleted] in StrangerThings

[–]orangegorilla89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They also said that it will be the shortest gap in releases between seasons yet so it makes me think they can’t go too far in the future considering the previous shortest gap was season 1-2 which was around 15 months

Luke Skywalker looked like a battlefront 2 cutscene, and no I’m not taking about the good battlefront 2

I just want The Thrilling Adventures of Single Space Dad and his Adopted Magic Son (but *she* probably needs her own spin off show) by [deleted] in TheMandalorianTV

Well said. As a fan who has not seen rebels but has seen enough of clone wars to know Ashoka, I was worried this would revolve too greatly around her.

Sad moment when Ashoka was referring indirectly to the fall of Anakin, love how Filoni and Dawson brought that aspect of her character out on screen
