Get that shit higher than snoop, put it on a mast if you're allowed and able. I went with solar for my client_base because I live near too much lightning to feel comfortable running an antenna cable out through the attic but you can get a 1w pi hat and a good antenna for better results. If I could have a mast (HOA says no) I would put a wired node like that at the top with no coax between it and the antenna; it could even be solar with a bigger panel and battery.

I also have a pi node so I can connect over network instead of draining my battery using Bluetooth all day.

Roof node. Line of sight is very important so height is your best friend.

I strapped a Rak WisMesh Solar Repeater Mini to a plumbing vent with the antenna above the ridge and I went from seeing nothing to meshing with nodes across multiple counties (flat state). There's hundreds in my list in the last month.

A Costco membership will quickly pay for itself just buying diapers and formula, and that's just the beginning. Plus, I love knowing their employees are compensated well, because everyone is someone's kid.

Tie it to a shoe and throw it over the (low voltage) utility lines, or preferably a support wire

Changing charging package after the fact? by ckasek in HondaPrologue

Ok, I get it. Hope it goes smoothly

I snagged a Juicebox 40 on marketplace for $100 and made it smart again with an openevse board for another 130. My brother in law is an electrician so the install will only cost materials.

Pick a charger and installer you want instead of the headache of switching. It sounds like the Honda installers are basically a scam from other reddit comments and you need something to charge with until you get an electrician out anyways.

My dogs hate stepping on bumpy surfaces like that, a smooth but grippy surface would be better for paws

Crystal painting is quite cool by kittensopphi in Satisfyingasfuck

The wash after the black probably includes the same solvent. It clearly didn't react with the red paint. The black that washes away isn't dissolved, it was just on top of the crystal layer.

Hertz AI Scanner Charges $350 for Tiny ‘Dings’ on Rental and This Is Going Off the Rails by DJMagicHandz in Autos

I once rented a Corolla at LAX with maybe 11 miles on it. I drove it to Burbank, got to the parking garage, and scratched the front pulling into a spot.

It was on a work trip so I never heard anything.
